Goal setting is a process that can help provide guidance to improve yourself. It is a simple process, but one that has excellent potential to help you achieve new levels of accomplishment.

What is the difference between long-term goals and short-term goals?

Long-term goals are goals that take a long time, perhaps years, to reach. While short-term goals on the other hand, are goals that can be reached in a short period of time.



What are the steps necessary for successful goals setting?

The steps that are necessary for successful goals are desire, belief in yourself, analyzing where you are now, setting realistic goals, writting detailed goals, listing benefits you will recieve, identify obsatcles, identify obstacles you will need, make a plan of action, develop a timeline, monitor your progress, and never give up.
