People neglect their health because they are choosing not be physically active and fit. As the years progress, they will gain weight and become obest, which cause health problems such as; high blood pressure, diabetes, and high cholestorol.

What are the primary health risk factors, and which ones may be contorlled ?

The primary health risk factors that you may controll include; inactivity, obesity, high blood pressure, high level cholesterol, stress and tension,  and smoking. On the other hand, the primary health risk factors that you cannot control include; gender, heredity, age.

What benefits are gained by exercising ?

The benefits that are gained by exercising are; improved body image, improved image, improved self-control, increased musclar strength & endurance, more employment of life, improved health, amd increased energy level.
